Broccoli & Cranberry Salad with Creamy Honey Dressing

Simple, fresh salad ingredients and a beautiful vinegar and honey creamy dressing. With no cooking involved, it is another great healthy recipe for the kids too.

Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams Broccoli heads
  • 2/3 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 red onion chopped

Dressing

Dressing

  • Place the yoghurt, apple cider vinegar, Manuka Honey or Ironbark Honey, salt, and pepper, into a small bowl
  • Whisk together until smooth and well-combined

Salad

  • Cut the broccoli into florets
  • Dice the red onions into small pieces
  • Combine broccoli florets, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and onion in a large bowl
  • Add dressing and toss or stir well
