Blueberry and Manuka Honey Overnight Oats
This easy overnight oats recipe is a healthy simple breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings and customize with additional fruits or toppings.
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Blueberries Frozen or fresh
- 1 tbsp Manuka Honey
- Add Rolled Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
- Sweeten by topping with Manuka Honey before refrigerating.
- Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator overnight. Best to eat within 24 hours.
